Day 01: Arrive Delhi – Haridwar (220 km /5Hrs) - Rishikesh (30 km /1Hr)
- Welcome to the Char Dham Yatra tour! Our representative is going to be there to welcome you on arrival.
- 10:00 AM onwards, we are going to catch the train to Haridwar.
- In the evening, take a ritualistic bath on the banks of the holy river Ganges and do not miss the enchanting Ganga Aarti ceremony at Harki-Pauri. Brahma Kund, the place where the Amrit dropped out of the pitcher, is also at Har ki Pauri. It is also known as the prime Ghat of Haridwar.
- In case time permits, you can also pay a visit to the Manasa Devi temple.
- Next, drive to Rishikesh to spend the night there.

Day 02: Rishikesh – Barkot (200kms/7 hrs.)
- After having breakfast, go sightseeing which includes Sivananda Ashram, Ram Jhoola, Swarg Ashram, Geeta Ashram, and Laxman Jhula.
- After lunch, move towards Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie.
- En route, visit Kempty Fall and enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas. (Note: it may be rerouted depending on the situation, as per road conditions & traffic)
- Later, drive straight to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (45 Kms road/ 6 kms Trek, one way)
- Follow the initial drive from Jankichatti at 5.00 am and begin the trek to Yamunotri (6 km).
- Upon arrival at Jankichatti, leave the car on the side and start the ascent on the trek route either by foot or pony/Doli (depending upon your budget).
- On reaching Yamunotri, get Prasad from local nearby shops. Plunge into the natural hot water of Surya Kund. The rice cooked in Surya Kund in a cloth can be brought home as “Prasadam” after dipping it in a muslin cloth.
- Pooja could be offered to the legendary "Divya Shila", a representation of the Indo-Dravidian unity of India.
- Pray to Mother Yamuna and trek your way back to Jankichatti. Afterward, ride back to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Yamunotri Temple: The temple worships Goddess Yamuna who is thought to be the daughter of Lord Surya and sister of Yama. In the nineteenth century, Maharani Gularia of Jaipur constructed the temple. At the glacial elevation, it was leveled by avalanches several times in the last centuries and has been rebuilt again.
Surya Kund: Near the temple are several thermal springs that flow into several pools. The most spectacular of them is “Surya Kund” dedicated to the Sun God, Surya.
Divya Shila: Legend has it that the very first appearance of the Yamuna River was from the “Divya Shila”. This temple is the abode of the goddess Yamuna.

Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi(90 kms/4hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi and see famous Prakateshwar Cave & Kashi Vishwanath temples.
- At the end of the activity, drop off at the hotel for the night.
Uttarkashi: A spiritual city, Uttarkashi, is situated at the banks of the famous river Bhagirathi which is the prime tributary of the river Ganges. This is the shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Among the famous temples to be visited is the Kashi Vishwanath temple, the ancient Shakti Mata temple with a colossal mythological trident (Trishul), the Hanuman temple, etc.

Day 05: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100kms/4hrs, one way)
- Drive to Gangotri (3048 m). On the way, you get an opportunity to drive along with the views of the River Bhagirathi and the take in the majestic beauty of the Himalayas.
- Get to Gangotri, and dip yourself in the river Ganga.
- Do Pooja and rites for Hindu deities at the bank of the river.
- Then proceed for another Darshan of Mata Ganga, Lord Shiva, Hanuman, Vinayka, and Bhagirath Maharaj (all these temples are within the compound area), get their blessings, head towards the parking area, board the vehicle and drive back to Uttarkashi.
- After that, overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Harsil: Harsil is a nourishing untouched jewel of Uttarakhand with a beautiful Deodar forest, chilling water of the Bhagirathi River, the melodious sounds of Birds, a serene atmosphere, and good weather. It's one of the most beautiful places to enjoy holidays and the beauty of the hills.
Gangotri Temple: This temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga who is believed to be a daughter of Heaven. The temple was constructed by the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th Century and is located on the right bank of Bhagirathi.

Day 06: Uttarkashi - Sitapur(280 kms/ 12 hrs.)
- Drive to Sitapur early in the morning.
- On arrival, check into a hotel.

Day 07: Sitapur - Kedarnath – Sitapur (16 kms Trek/6 Hrs. one way)
- Early morning drive to Sonprayag to the parking area. Motor vehicles are not permitted beyond this point, as the roads are too narrow.
- From Sonprayag to Gaurikund, Shuttle services are available. The distance (4 km) has to be covered by local vehicles/jeeps at your own cost, fixed by the government (Approx. Rs 50 per person).
- Gaurikund is the place where the pilgrimage begins. It is followed by a 16 km uphill trek. Likewise, helicopter service for Kedarnath also exists; therefore, individuals could take a helicopter to Kedarnath (at their own cost).
- Overnight stay at Hotel.

Kedarnath: Kedarnath shrine, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Siva, is a scenic place, placed against the majestic background of the mountains of Kedarnath. Kedar is also the name of Lord Shiva, who is the guardian and the destroyer. As per lore, Pandavas who won the battle at Kurukshetra felt remorse for vanquishing their brothers and wanted to ask Lord Shiva for grace.
He constantly escaped from their pursuit but while fleeing, he took shelter at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he then dived into the ground and his hump remained on the surface. The rest of the remaining portions of Lord Shiva were worshiped at four other locations and felt as his manifestations (incarnations).
Here the arms were at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madmaheshwar, and the locks (hair) with the head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and these above-mentioned four shrines are known as Panch Kedar.

Day 09: Pipalkoti-Joshimath -Badrinath (80kms/4 hrs.)
- We will start the day with a drive to Badrinath passing through Joshimath (Narasimha Temple) & visiting Vishnu Prayag.
- Later, we will drive to Badrinath and visit Mana Village (India’s first village towards the Indo-Tibetan border), which includes Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Bhim Pul, Saraswati River.
- Seek Darshan of Badrivishal God in addition to Ganesh, Kubera, Garuda, Narada along with Uddhava and Nar & Narayan.
- Additionally, see a small temple inside the temple compound called Laxmi Mata, Nara-Narayana, Hanuman, Ghantakarna, and Kaamdhenu. The special ‘Charnamrit’ (Abhishekam Jala) is available within the premises. Pinddan Shraddh for ancestors (Pitrus), too, can be made here at Brahma Kapal.
Badrinath: Pauri Garhwal is the roof of the world-famous four Dham where Badrinath Dham is one of the most frequented pilgrim spots of the country with an altitude of 3,415 meters that are known and surrounded by two mountain ranges named Nar and Narayan with Neelkanth peak as a majestic backdrop. This legendary grove was once full of berries, and the place was later named "Badri van" ("berries forest").
Tapt Kund: On the riverbank of Alaknanda, natural thermal springs where people use to bathe before entering the temple at Badrinath.
Narad Kund: A break in the river in front of the Tapt Kund made a pool, from which the idol of Badrinath was found and recovered by Jagad Guru Shankaracharya and established in the temple.
Brahma Kapal: A flat platform facing the Alaknanda River. Hindus also offer sacrifices to appease their departed ancestors.
Sheshnetra: 1.5 km away from the temple there is a large stone with the mark of the infamous serpent called the Sheshnag's eye
Charan Paduka: Just 3kms away the place is a well-tended meadow with Lord Vishnu's footprint in a stone slab there called 'Padanilam'.
Mata Murti Temple: The only temple dedicated to the mother of the Young Lord Badrinath In addition to the more popular temples, you must not miss temples like the Sheshnetra Temple, Urvashi Temple, and Charan Paduka.
Mana Village: Inhabited by a Mongol tribe of Indian origin, it was the first Indian village on the way to Tibet.
Bheem Pul: The opposite side of the Mana village is overtaken by a giant stone just over the mighty Saraswati river forming its natural bridge. It is a magnificent scene of the water, as it moves down through a narrow passage below a rock, and the locals believe that it was Bhim, the second-most eldest of the five Pandavas, who did it.
Vyas Gufa (cave): Not very far away from Mana village, there is a cave containing rocks where Ved Vyas penned Mahabharata and the Puranic commentaries.
Joshimath: is located on the hillsides at the point where Alaknanda and Dhauliganga meet. Joshimath is the one among the four 'Mathas' which were built by Adi Shankaracharya. There are many temples in town, the most significant is the temple of Narasimha which is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
This deity’s left-hand withers away with time, and, according to the belief of the people, when the right arm also withers away, Badrinath valley will no longer exist, and the residence will shift to the Bhavishya Badri valley.
Vishnu Prayag: The place where the river Dhauliganga merges with river Alaknanda and one of the Panch Prayag history is associated with this place.

Day 10: Badrinath to Srinagar (185 Kms/7hrs).
- Transfer to Srinagar after Breakfast in the morning.
- On the way, pass through Karnaprayag, Nandprayag, Rudraprayag, and Deval Devi.
