Ashram Timings:
- Summer (March–October): 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM
- Winter (November–February): 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Entry: Free. No ticket required.

Free Prasad Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday — lunch prasad served at 12:30 PM.
Tuesday is special: The ashram stays open until 9:00 PM with Kirtan and prasad dinner. If your Day 2 falls on a Tuesday, arriving for the evening aarti is worth planning for.
Rules at the Ashram:

Bhandara — June 15, 2026 The Bhandara is the annual celebration of the ashram's founding day. Over 1 lakh devotees gather, and Malpua prasad is distributed freely to all. This is the most spiritually charged day at Kainchi Dham each year. A traffic diversion operates on the Bhowali–Almora road — plan to park 2–3 km before the ashram and walk in. Hotels in Nainital and Bhowali fill up months in advance. If you want to attend the Bhandara, contact us as early as possible.
How to Reach Kainchi Dham
By Road (Package Route from Delhi): Delhi to Nainital is 320 km — approximately 8 hours via Moradabad and Haldwani. Our package cab picks you up from your Delhi hotel or airport. Kainchi Dham is 17 km from Nainital on the Bhowali–Almora road, around 35 minutes by car.
By Train: The nearest railway station is Kathgodam — 35 km from Nainital, about 1 hour by road. Kathgodam is connected to Delhi by the Ranikhet Express (train no. 15014, approx. 7 hours), and to Lucknow and Agra by regular services. From Kathgodam, our cab can pick you up and take you directly to Nainital or Kainchi Dham.
By Air: The nearest airport is Pantnagar (Udham Singh Nagar) — about 65 km from Nainital, 1.5–2 hours by road. Flight connectivity from Delhi is limited. Most travellers from other states fly to Delhi and travel by road or train from there. Our package pickup is from Delhi.
