Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges apply as per policy.
Group Tours:
- 10% after booking confirmation
- 20% (29–20 days before departure)
- 25% (19–14 days before departure)
- 40% (13–08 days before departure)
- 100% (07–00 days or No Show)
Individual Tours (FIT):
FIT cancellation varies by hotel/service provider. 8% processing + applicable cancellation charges.
