Day 01: Kolkata - Delhi – Haridwar
Today you’ll get ready for a spiritual journey to Haridwar from Kolkata, starting with a train or flight journey to Delhi. Once you reach Delhi, you’ll meet our representative who will welcome you warmly and all the arrangements to transfer you to Haridwar. Once you have reached Haridwar you’ll check into your hotel and relax for some time before heading to Har-ki-Pauri to attend the Ganga Aarti. Witness the tranquil ambiance as the saints chant mantras and lamps flicker in the holy river’s reverence. After the Aarti, you will head back to your hotel and have a tasty dinner. After the dinner, you’ll have an overnight sleep at your hotel immersing yourself in the serenity of Haridwar.
Day 02: Haridwar – Barkot
Start your day with a mouth-watering breakfast and then bid farewell to Haridwar. Today you’ll head to Barkot, the next destination of the pilgrimage. On the way, you’ll stop by the Kempty Falls in Mussoorie, a beautiful waterfall with breathtaking surroundings and unspoiled beauty. Once you arrive in Barkot you’ll check into your pre-booked hotel and relax for some time. As the evening descends, you’ll enjoy a tasty dinner served at your hotel, savoring the region’s flavors. After dinner, you’ll retire to your room and have a restful sleep.
Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri Dham – Barkot
Wake up early in the morning admiring Barkot’s natural splendor and embracing the tranquility surrounding you. Have a hearty breakfast at your hotel and then get ready for a sacred journey to Yamunotri Dham, a revered Char Dham site in Uttarakhand. You will enjoy a scenic drive to Janki Chatti, the adventurous trek’s starting point. As you start the six-kilometer trek, you will immerse yourself in the Himalayan terrain’s breathtaking beauty, with each step getting you closer to Yamunotri, where the Yamuna River originates.
After arriving at Yamunotri Dham you’ll pay homage to the temple that is situated amidst the snow-capped mountains, marking the river Yamuna’s sacred source. Experience a sense of spiritual connection and reverence as you offer your prayers to Goddess Yamuna. After Darshan, you’ll undertake the trek back to Janki Chatti admiring the lush greenery all around you. Once you have reached Janki Chatti, you’ll head back to Barkot and check in at your hotel. Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi
Begin your morning with a mouth-watering breakfast and then you will say goodbye to Barkot and continue your journey towards Uttarkashi. On the way, you will soak in the picturesque vistas and capture the Himalayan landscape’s essence. Once you have reached Uttarkashi, you will check into your hotel and refresh and unwind in your room after the long journey. Once you feel rejuvenated, you will head out for Kashi Vishwanath Temple’s divine excursion. Kashi Vishwanath Temple is a prominent shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. You will appreciate the temple’s ancient architecture, offer your prayers to the main deity, and absorb the aura that permeates the air. You’ll also attend the evening and morning Aarti ceremonies to seek blessings.
After seeking Lord Shiva’s blessings at Kashi Vishwanath Temple, you will head back to your hotel and have a tasty dinner. Post dinner you’ll have a soothing sleep in your room.
Day 05: Uttarkashi – Gangotri Dham – Uttarkashi
After a wholesome breakfast at your hotel, you’ll get ready for a journey to Gangotri Dham, a revered Char Dham site in Uttarakhand. On the way, you’ll take a holy dip in the Garam Kund’s purifying waters. You’ll then head to Gangotri and stop by Harsil village which is known for its lush deodar trees and vistas of snow-capped mountains. After arriving at Gangotri, you’ll pay homage to the temple that is located on the holy Bhagirathi River’s bank.
Take a dip in Bhagirathi’s sacred water, cleansing your body and mind of various ailments and negativity. Immerse yourself in the temple’s divine aura and offer your prayers. Day 06: Uttarkashi –Guptkashi
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and then check out from your Uttarkashi hotel as you’ll head to your next destination ie Guptkashi. Along the way, you will stop at Rudraprayag and Devprayag and see the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge to form the Ganges. On the way, you’ll have a short halt at Tilwara to admire the Mandakini River’s otherworldly beauty. You’ll also visit Ardhanarishwar Temple in Guptkashi and absorb the region’s spiritual ambiance. Once you have arrived at Guptkashi, you will check in to your hotel and unwind. Enjoy a lip-smacking dinner at your hotel. End your day with an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 07: Guptkashi – Kedarnath
Start your day with a mouth-watering breakfast and then head out for a picturesque drive to Gaurikund from Guptkashi. Gaurikund is the Kedarnath trek’s starting point. From Gaurikund your journey will commence to the Kedarnath temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. You can select your preferred transportation mode for the trek, whether it be by helicopter (at additional cost), by pony, or by doli (palanquin) each offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience amidst the breathtaking Himalayan landscape. Once you reach the holy shrine you will seek Lord Kedarnath’s blessings and offer your prayers to him. After Darshan, you will have an overnight stay at your pre-reserved hotel.
Day 08: Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Wake up early in the morning to attend Aarti at the Kedarnath Temple. Participate in the important rituals and immerse yourself in the temple’s blissful atmosphere before undertaking the trek back to Gaurikund. Take in the otherworldly beauty of the Himalayan landscape as you trek down the picturesque trails and reflect on your journey’s spiritual significance. Once you have arrived at Gaurikund, you will continue your journey back to Guptkashi. Once you have returned to Guptkashi, rejuvenate and refresh yourself at your hotel. Day 09: Guptkashi– Badrinath
After a luscious breakfast in the morning, you’ll check out from your Guptkashi hotel and head out on a picturesque journey to Badrinath town. After arriving at Badrinath, you’ll check in to your hotel and relax and refresh. After some time you will visit Tap Kund, a hot spring with water healing properties. You can take a dip in the hot spring and then head to Badrinath Temple which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Immerse yourself in the temple’s spiritual ambiance by attending the evening Aarti. Hear the chants of the mantras and take part in the mesmerizing rituals. You can also visit the nearby attractions, including Mana Village which is situated on the Indo-Tibet/China border and is the last Indian village. Day 10: Badrinath – Joshimath - Rudraprayag
Post a delicious breakfast, you will say goodbye to Badrinath and head out on a picturesque journey to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Joshimath is a sacred town known to be built by Guru Adi Shankaracharya. On the way, you will stop by the Narsingh Temple in Joshimath which has been built in honor of Lord Narasimha, Lord Vishnu’s incarnation. Continue your journey ahead to Rudraprayag, immersing yourself in this sacred confluence point’s tranquil ambiance where the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers merge. After arriving at Rudraprayag you will check into your hotel and have a tasty dinner. Post dinner you will have an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Rudraprayag– Haridwar
Enjoy a luscious breakfast in the morning at your hotel and then check out from your hotel as you’ll embark on a picturesque seven-hour journey back to Haridwar. During the journey, you can appreciate the Himalayan foothills. On the way, stop at Rishikesh and explore its famous sites, including the Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula. Marvel at this renowned pilgrimage town’s spiritual ambiance. After a day of exploration and sightseeing, you’ll arrive in Haridwar and you will be transferred to your hotel. Day 12: Haridwar – Delhi - Kolkata (departure)
Today is the last day of your Chardham pilgrimage. You will relish a tasty breakfast at your hotel in the morning and then pack your bags and check out from your Haridwar hotel. Our representative will drop you to Delhi in around six hours. From Delhi you can continue your journey to Kolkata.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.
Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
