Day 01: Haridwar – Guptkashi
Our allotted driver will greet you at early morning in the holy town of Haridwar from where your holy journey will commence. You will be driven to Guptkashi which will be reached via the holy destinations of Rudraprayag and Devprayag. You will be made to go a brief sightseeing of these confluences. Upon reaching Guptkashi you will be made to visit the famous Ardhanareshwar of the Vishwanath temple here. Once you reach Guptkashi and after the temple Darshan you will be made to immediately check in to your hotel here where you will be spending the night.
Guptkashi Information:This is a small hamlet and it holds immense historical and mythological significance since this is the place where after hiding in vain from the pandava brothers Lord Shiva had revealed himself from his form of a bull. The town is also inhabited by the pandas of Kedarnath during the offseason. This is also the place where some people choose to stay the night since there are a number of ranging hotels here.
Guptkashi Weather Forecast:Being situated on a high elevation, this hilly hamlet displays typical weather conditions. The summer months lasts from April to early July where the average temperature stays between 10 to 8 degree Celsius. You will be able to explore more during this time.
Day 02: Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Via Trekking –You will be making your way to Kedarnath from Guptkashi either by trekking or with the help of ponies or car. If you are going via a car then make sure to coordinate well with your driver since there are consistent parking issues along with network related problems. From Guptkashi you will be reaching Kedarnath via Phata, Sonprayag and Gaurikund.
Via Helicopter –If you are planning on visiting Kedarnath dham via a helicopter journey then you will be boarding from the Sahastradhara airport at Dehradun and you will then be made to land at the helipad in Phata / Sitapur / Sersi or Guptkashi. From here as per government rules you will be transferred to the helipad at Kedarnath via a different chopper. This helipad is located at a mere distance of 500 metres from the temple and the priority darshan slip will allow you to skip the long waiting lines and have a VIP darshan there.
Kedarnath Dham –Known for being one of the holiest ancient temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and also popular for being the most highly located jyotirlingas, Kedarnath dham is one of the most difficult pilgrimages in India. This is also the resting place for Adi Shankar, the creator of this dham yatra. This whole place exudes an immense amount of spirituality and devotion.
Kedarnath Weather Forecast –Kedarnath mostly remains cold and covered in snow for a majority part of the year. The summer months of April to June are considered to be the most favorable time to visit Kedarnath dham where the temperature rises to as high as 20 degree Celsius.
Day 03: Guptkashi – Badrinath
This will be the day when you will get the holy Darshan of Lord Kedar. You will be dropped off early in the morning at Sonprayag which is the starting point of the journey to Kedarnath trek. From Sonprayag you will have to hire a taxi service from Sonprayag to Gaurikund from where the trekking starts. On reaching you can book a pony ride or a Doli Service from here on.
You will even have the choice of booking a helicopter service from Sitapur or Guptkashi that will drop you off at the Kedarnath helipad which is just 500 Metres away from the main temple.
No matter which option you choose, it will be an amazing experience. On reaching the temple of Kedarnath, you will offer your Darshan rituals there after which you will be made to head back to Sitapur the same way you came. Remember to carry all the essentials with you since this will be a very challenging journey. You will be staying the night at your hotel in Sitapur.
Day 04: Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag
Early in the morning you will be driven to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. En route you will be made to visit the famous Narsingh temple at Joshimath. Upon your arrival in Rudraprayag, you will be immediately made to check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Joshimath –popular for being the winter abode of lord Badri, this quaint hamlet is situated at a distance of merely half an hour. This place is also from where you can avail the exciting ropeway ride to the skiing resort of Auli. It is also home to a shrine dedicated to Adi Shankara and the entire region radiates an incredible amount of spiritualism and devotion.
Rudraprayag Weather Forecast –As compared to the main town of Badrinath dham this place experiences relatively a hotter climate condition where the temperature ranges from 35 to 40 degree Celsius. Also remember to carry along a good selection of warm woolen clothing item since no matter the month by evening it gets extremely cold and chilly.
Day 05: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be driven to Haridwar via Rishikesh. This will mark the end of your journey with us after you get checked in to your allotted hotel. You will also be taken on a sightseeing expedition.
Rishikesh –named after Lord Vishnu Rishikesh is quickly becoming one of the most favorable destinations for all the nearby cities of Delhi, Chandigarh etc seeking peace and spirituality at the same time. Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.

Ans.Chardham yatra is going to open for 2022 from 14 May onwards and it will be closed during the first week in November.

Q4.What kind of clothing should I be bring?
Ans.There are no strict regulations for clothing to visit the Temple as such. Being a place of worship, you should dress up decently and comfortably. you can wear anything you wish. Summer Months May and June, it is sunny and the weather remains quite pleasant, you can wear light clothes. However due to high altitude the climate is unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to heavy rain which suddenly makes the weather cold and freezing. make sure to carry waterproof raincoat and pants along with good quality of woollen socks, gloves and warm cap.

Ans.You will get pure Vegetarian Meals during yatra (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Q6.What kind of accommodation will be provided at places?
Ans.Accommodation will be provided depending on your package. We make sure that every passenger stays in comfort. however, the idea of comfort on these remote parts of the Himalayas is very different and basic. You should not expect a high end 5-star property because most of these hotels on high altitude regions remain closed off for 6 months and opens up only when the yatra begins. the hotels that we will offer will be the best in this situation.
Q7.What type of vehicle we will get in Badrinath & Gangotri to reach Temple?

Q8.Age Limit for Yatris?
Ans.There is no fixed age limit for Char Dham Yatris. As the yatra will pass through high altitudes, therefore preferred age bracket is between 7-75.
Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not allowed to undertake this yatra
Q9.Will there be a guide with us throughout the Yatra?
Ans.There will not be a guide because there is no need for it. all the necessary assistance will be given by us and the base managers present at the helipad. this includes guiding you through the briefing process and timely transfers to your next destination.
Q9.What is procedure of refund and how much time it take
Ans.Any refund against a payment received through a Credit Card, will be made on the same credit card only. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 8 weeks due to banking procedures.
