Mahavatar Babaji cave is located in Kumaon region of Himalayas at an elevation of around 2600 meters above sea level. It is believed to be the place where Babaji provided his teachings to Lahiri Mahasaya in 1861. This cave is full with pure divine energies, which is why devotees, followers, and Kriya Yogis of Babaji frequently come here.

Tour Itinerary

You will be picked up from the decided pick up point and then you will be driven to New Delhi Railway station to board NDLS-KGM Shatabdi Express. Around 6:30 a.m., the train will depart for Kathgodam. After being picked up by our team when you arrive in Kathgodam, you will be moved to Dwarahat Babaji's cave via the calm and exquisite Ranikhet natural beauty.

You can visit Kainchi Dham, which is right on the route, and seek Neem Karoli baba's blessings in close proximity to Nainital. Upon exploring the serene surroundings of Neem Karoli Dham, you will continue the drive in the direction of Dwarahat. To get there, it will take about five or six hours. Once there, you can have dinner at the guesthouse that's pre-booked for you and a pleasant night.

You will travel to Kukuchina village, where the cave is situated, after enjoying breakfast. Following that, you will need to travel 3 km off road and then hike 2 km in the direction of the cave. Once you enter the cave, you can meditate and absorb in the peaceful, heavenly atmosphere. You can also explore the surrounding areas. Following some downtime and exploration of the stunning location, you will hike back to the starting point to return to your hotel.

Your journey will come to an end on this day. After breakfast, you will depart early in the morning and travel via Nainital and Ranikhet to the Kathgodam Railway Station. It will take about five hours and forty minutes for you to board the train and arrive at the New Delhi Railway Station. After you arrive at New Delhi Railway Station, the vehicle will drop you off at the address of your choice. You'll return home with wonderful tour experiences and recollections.
