After booking, what happens?

  • Step 7. 7 days before your tour's start date, you receive all of your tour vouchers and other information.
  • Step 8. You receive a call from our operation Team 1 day before to your arrival, informing you of your travel itinerary and providing driver information.
  • Step 9. When you arrive at the airport, our representative meets you there with a paging board with your name. You are then escorted to the car, where you board and begin your journey.
  • Step 10. We provide 24 x7 Guest Support, during tour
  • Step 11. Our operation team help and assist you during your tour, even you get call on Daily basis

Booking Procedure/ How to book

For Package Confirmation and Booking You need to pay at least 25% of the total tour cost in advance to process the booking.

Payment Policy

  • 25% Payment of total tour cost for tour booking
  • 50% payment of total tour cost after confirmation voucher
  • 25% balance payment before tour start
  • Last- minute booking, all kinds of tickets,Peak season booking required 100 % tour cost to process the booking.

    In some cases, for a deluxe or luxury package, we may require an additional amount(even after making the 25% advance) depending on the hotel's specific policy or a contractor's or supplier's payment deadline, as and when applicable.

How to Make Payment

For your convenience we have multiple channels through which payment can be made. Payment can be made by UPI, by Cheque / Demand Draft/ money transfer (RTGS & NEFT) Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe or any other wallet app, paypal, via bank transfer, Debit card/ Credit Card(3% Bank charges)

After making the payment

Once you have initiated the payment transfer, please send us a confirmation email providing the transaction details. We will send you the payment invoice (bill) immediately on receiving the amount in our account. The hotel reservation voucher, tour schedule, and service voucher would be issued 7 days prior to the date of departure for you.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any reason, you are requested Please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Group Tours

  • After booking confirmation - 10 % of total tour cost
  • 29-20 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 20 % of total tour cost
  • 19-14 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 25 % of total tour cost
  • 13-08 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 40 % of total tour cost
  • 07-00 Day prior to the operation of the booked tour - 100 % of total tour cost
  • If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of ‘No Show’- No Refund.

Individual Tours (FIT Tours)

Cancellation policy of Individual tours is subject to changes. It depends upon the cancellation policy of the respective hotels and other service operators your tour is associated with. Different hotels and service operators have different cancellation policies which we are required to abide by. In the unfortunate event of cancellation of trip by guests, we would charge 8% of total booking amount as processing charges + the charges levied by the corresponding service providers.
