Amardeep

Amardeep works closely with the operational side of the Char Dham Yatra and brings first-hand experience from 12 pilgrimage seasons across Uttarakhand.

As Yatra Operations Director, he has personally coordinated journeys for more than 8,000 pilgrims, giving him practical exposure to the situations travellers face before and during the Yatra. His work includes route coordination, transport planning, traveller assistance, itinerary execution and handling the day-to-day operational requirements involved in pilgrimage travel.

This on-ground experience also forms the basis of his role as a content reviewer. When reviewing Char Dham travel content, Amardeep looks beyond general destination information and checks whether the guidance is practical for someone actually undertaking the journey.

His review focuses on routes, travel sequence, transport arrangements, operational feasibility, traveller instructions, seasonal considerations and information that may affect families, senior citizens and first-time pilgrims.

The objective of his review is simple: the information published for travellers should not only read well, but should also make sense when applied during an actual Char Dham journey.
