The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun), around 210 km from Yamunotri. Daily flights to Delhi are available. From the airport, you can hire a taxi to Hanuman Chatti, the last motorable point before the trek. Helicopter services from Dehradun are also available to Yamunotri.
By Rail
Nearest railway stations to Yamunotri include Dehradun (175 km) and Rishikesh (200 km). Both stations are well connected to major Indian cities.
