Tour Itinerary

Upon arrival at Haridwar, one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations for Hindus you are greeted by our representative. After spending a few hours at Haridwar’s famous ‘Har-ki-Pauri’ Ghat, we proceed towards Syana Chatti via Hanuman Chatti and Mussoorie. We halt at Mussoorie for some time to have lunch. The enchanting beauty of the hill station of Mussoorie & the serene ambiance exhilarates your mind and body. Post lunch we proceed towards Syanachatti, a serene picturesque village of Uttarakhand located on Barkot-Yamunotri road. We put up at Syanachatti for the night.

Next day early morning we start out trek towards Yamunotri. Distance to be covered is 21 kms. On reaching Yamunotri Dham, a temple belonging to Goddess Yamuna, we pay our obeisance at the lotus feet of the River Goddess. We also take a dip in the River Yamuna which is believed to free one from the fear of death and mortality. After completing Darshan and Puja we trek back to Syanachatti for a night stay.

Next morning post breakfast we hit the road for Uttarkashi, a beauteous town cradled amid the folds of Garhwal Himalayas. Uttarkashi stands for ‘Kashi of the North’ and is famed enough for the holy Vishwanath temple. This ancient and beautiful town is dotted with many natural springs and lakes. Upon arrival at Uttarkashi, you are transferred to the hotel for night halt.

Next morning post breakfast, we make a by-road journey to Gangotri. On reaching the holy Gangotri Dham you are transferred to hotel for rest and freshening up. In the evening, we set out to have a Darshan of Goddess Ganga enshrined within her temple abode at Gangotri. On your visit to the temple in the evening, you could take part in the evening Ganga Aarti. You could even consider sprinkling upon you few drops of the holy waters of River Ganga. After completing Darshan we return to the hotel for dinner and night halt.

Next day after breakfast, we drive back to Uttarkashi. Upon reaching, we retire to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

Next day we depart for Haridwar by road. On reaching Haridwar, our representative bids you farewell and you proceed for your homeward journey. Here ends your unique religious tour of Do Dham Yatra.
