The temple was founded in 1991 by Nirvana Pithadhishvar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shri Vishwadevanand Ji. Architecture

The Shri Yantra Temple complex consists of a main temple, where people perform meditation and offer their prayer to the lord. Best Time to Visit

Haridwar experiences favourable climatic conditions throughout the year. One can visit and stay at the Shree Yantra Temple in Haridwar anytime of the year. However if you wish to explore more in Haridwar, then the best time to visit would be during the autumn to winter season from October to March. This is the time when the nights and early mornings are cold and kind of chilly but it’s extremely comfortable to go out and explore more temples of Haridwar.

Summer time lasts from April to July. This is the time when the temperature soars and it becomes extremely hot to even go out since Haridwar is located on the plains of the Himalayas. During the summer time, the afternoon remains extremely hot. It still gets cooler after sunset and during early morning but going out during this time can be uncomfortable.

Avoid travelling to the hills during the monsoon months of July to September. During this time the region remains highly susceptible to landslides and road blockages.

The temple is located on the Shri Yantra Temple road in Kankhal Haridwar. The temple is just 10-15 minutes away from the Haridwar railway station making it easily accessible for anyone. At a distance of just 3 kms one can easily get a rickshaw, take your private vehicle or even walk up to there.

The nearest airport is the jolly grant airport of Dehradun from where people can hire cabs and taxi services to reach the final destination of the temple.
