The Perfect Example of Unity in Diversity: Four Friends, Four Different Religions and One Destination

Four friends coming from four different religious backgrounds along with their families have set a remarkable example for unity and brotherhood. These four friends celebrate all their different festivals together like, Diwali, Eid, Christmas and Lohri. All the four families are residents of Najibabad in UP and are currently on a Char Dham Yatra. Their aim is to increase and strengthen mutual love, respect and honor among different religions and find peace.

After completing their holy trip to Kedarnath and Badrinath on Sunday, all the four friends, Haji Abdul Malik, Ramniwas Pal, Pramod Massi and Sardar Dilbag Singh expressed that completing the do dham yatra is their prime priority. They are now making plans for the Yamunotri and Gangotri dham yatra. They believe that by respecting each other’s religions people can get rid of their resentment towards each other and stay in harmony. They have set themselves as an example for this very motive.

No Matter the Distance, the Friendship Stays Rock Solid

Dilbagh Singh is a farmer at Bariya, Abdul Malik has his residence at Adarshnagar’s Najibabad locality and is a constructor, Pramid Kumar Massi used to stay in Najibabad and is now currently staying in Delhi while working at a private job, Ram Niwas used to stay in Adarsh Nagar but is now a restaurant owner in Delhi. They have said that their message on unity, brotherhood and oneness will always stay intact. They want the world and society to be inspired from their mission and not hold any boundaries against other religions.

30 Year of Friendship Still Going Strong

Abdul Kadir mentioned that they have been friends with each other for almost 30 years. The families of the four friends celebrate Eid, Diwali, Christmas, Baisakhi and Lohri together as one. Their friendship goes back 30 years and they are still going strong. They gather together in one place and celebrate the festivals together in unison.

Families of the Four Friends also Share Deep Love for Each Other

Apart from being best friends among each other their families have also grown close to each other and they promise to be by their side, making it look like they are from four different religions and backgrounds.
