- In case the flight couldn't get completed because of a force majeure situation, the company will process the refund as per the refund policy.

We will start our journey to Yamunotri and Gangotri from Dehradun. Please ensure that you reach the helipad well in advance of the departure time at 7.00 am. Before the journey begins, a session is conducted by the Pilot and ground staff to make the travellers acquainted with the do's and don'ts of the trip. Any queries you have will also be duly answered.
7:00 am Departure for Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun
Board the chopper bound for Yamunotri Dham.
8:00 am Arrival at Kharsali Helipad
Yamunotri shrine is located at an altitude of 3,293 m above sea level. The helipad is located at Kharsali. Once you deboard at Kharsali Helipad, we would smoothly usher you into the next phase of the journey. Palkis will be arranged to let you travel the rest of the stretch - a distance of 5.5 km.
After enjoying the Darshan of Yamuna Maa at Yamunotri, one can return to the helipad in the same Palki. The full round trip is estimated to take around 5 hours.
01:30 Departure from Kharsali Helipad
Get ready to board the helicopter once again to visit the Gangotri shrine.
02: 00 Arrival at Harsil Helipad
Within half an hour of the helicopter journey, we will reach the picturesque town of Harsil. Our representative will assist you to the nearby Resort where a sumptuous meal awaits you.
After lunch, one will be driven to the Gangotri shrine. It will take about 45 min - 1 hour to cover the 24 km stretch from the helipad to the temple.

- Infants under two years can travel for free on the helicopter, but parents must provide a birth certificate. They won't get their own seat and must be carried on a parent's lap.

- There's no fixed rule for what to wear in the temple. But since it's a religious place, both men and women should dress modestly.

- The helicopter company has the right to deny a ride if a passenger is misbehaving, mentally unstable, or not physically fit.
- If there are disputes about the tour, they will be handled by the courts in Dehradun.
Cancellation Policies
- Passengers who cancel their booking will need to pay a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel at least 15 days before your trip, you'll get 75% of your money back, but 25% will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel at least 10 days before your trip, you will get 50% of your money back, while the other 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 7 days before your trip, you will get back only 25% of your payment, as 75% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your trip, you won't get any refund.
- Passengers who don't arrive for the journey won't receive a refund.
How to Book
You must pay at least 25% of the total cost to book your trip. The rest should be paid after you receive your confirmation voucher or at least 10 days before your trip. For last-minute and peak season bookings, full payment is required to confirm your tickets.
