• Passengers can carry up to 5 kg in the helicopter. Big bags and suitcases are also not allowed.
• In case the flight couldn't get completed because of a force majeure situation, the company will process the refund as per the refund policy.
• Passengers who are older than 60 years must produce a medical certificate that deem them fit.
